Sometimes I really struggle with myself. I struggle with my life and where I am going. I have started to notice a pattern though of feeling overwhelmed and my brain is trying to think about a million different things at a time. Then my body decides it doesn’t want to do anything.
What I need to remember is to slow down, and one thing at a time. Go for a walk. Take a few deep breaths, meditate. Take one minute at a time, an hour, a day.
